      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in a structured training program to prepare for the Customer Success Manager (CSM) role
      - Manage administrative aspects of spiritwear orders, including quotes, mockups, invoices, and timelines
      - Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and progress
      - Support client accounts during team absences and begin taking ownership of simpler campaigns
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to enhance processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) or equivalent work experience
      - Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
      - Ability to take initiative and follow through reliably
      - Adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment
