What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain relationships with farmers to review policies, procedures, and claim adjustments
- Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling conflicts in a dynamic work environment
- Serve customers in the agricultural community
- Complete targeted online coursework and relevant work rotations as part of the apprenticeship
- Achieve CAPP certification and licensing during the program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Northeast Iowa Community College
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet
- Physical ability to lift between 25 lbs to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 1 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or significant voluntary community service
- Strong customer service skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Excel
- High degree of self-discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
