This program is designed to accelerate professional growth by providing training, exposure and experience in a variety of key functional areas within our business. The program will offer the unique opportunity to learn the company and business from the ground up by playing an important part.
You will rotate through diverse and challenging positions during the 18-month period. Rotation assignments are primarily driven by Sunoco business needs in consideration with your educational background and interests. By the end of the rotational program, participants will have the opportunity to be placed into a role within the business based on their accomplishments as well as current business need.
Rotations will be 6 to 9 months in duration within the following departments:
