- Demonstrated proficiency in using and interpreting results from equipment like NMR, SFC, UPLCs, LCMS, GC, HPLC, Mass, and Prep-HPLCs.
- Extensive experience in interfacing with internal and external clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability in optimizing lab operations, managing resources effectively, and introducing cost-optimization measures in purification and other processes.
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale analytical projects, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to client specifications.
- Broad analytical knowledge with extensive experience in analytical method developments, purification, and structural elucidation using chromatography and spectroscopy techniques.
- Experienced in leading analytical teams with proven abilities to handle and communicate effectively across the organization as well as with the clients.
- Planning of analytical projects based on priorities and timeline.
- Managing all hiring process relevant to team and mentoring, training, and developing etc.
- Managing and guiding the team and collaborating with cross functional teams understanding customers need.
- Implementing cost-optimization methods for purification
