      JOB SUMMARY

      • Embed the insurance value proposition and entrench it as an anchor product to strengthening customer relationship and loyalty
      • Expand local market share through volume and spend
      • Leverage strong alliances within SME segments & business partners network to crystallize differentiated brand propositions across customer segments
      • Focus on building strong insurance expertise & bench strengths with Certified RM’s

      • Strengthen SCB in the local market as leader of bancassurance offering unique value proposition

      Strategy

      • Provide direction, guidance to SME RM’s, TL’s, ZH’s of SME in the Zone to lead the Bancassurance business.
      • To set performance management standards as per Scorecard.
      • To embed distribution capabilities through RM activation.
