  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the security posture and hygiene program
  - Assemble and manage a team focused on maturing the CIS Top 18 critical security controls
  - Conduct regular assessments and continuous monitoring of security controls across enterprise systems
  - Collaborate with IT and other departments to align security measures with organizational goals and compliance
  - Educate and train team members and the organization on cybersecurity best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, Master's Degree with 8 years of experience, or PhD with 4 years of experience
  - Proven leadership in cybersecurity with experience in managing security posture and hygiene strategies
  - Expert knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security technologies
  - Deep understanding of risk management principles and cybersecurity concepts
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical insights to diverse stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIS Controls, etc.) are highly desirable
  - Experience with the CIS Top 18 controls and familiarity with CIS Controls Implementation Groups (IGs) methodology
  - Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in response to changing cybersecurity environments
