What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
- Design and implement solutions that enhance Source to Pay processes aligned with industry best practices
- Support the creation of innovative solutions to advance digital and business strategies
- Assist in data mapping activities and testing alongside data and process teams
- Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Working knowledge of Source to Pay business processes and related technical systems
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and reporting
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
- Familiarity with agile frameworks or iterative software development approaches
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba
