      Are you an experienced and results-driven Executive Recruiter with a passion for building relationships and sourcing top-tier talent?

      We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Executive Recruiting Lead in EMEA. In this role, you will report be responsible for the full life-cycle executive recruitment process for our EMEA region.       As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in enabling our Company’s executive talent strategy. You will partner with senior business leaders, local recruiters, and HR to develop proactive strategies for executive-level positions. By building strong relationships and understanding the organization's needs, you will identify and attract qualified, diverse talent across the EMEA region.


      Partnering closely with our Company’s senior leaders and the HR team to understand our internal talent landscape and bench depth is essential. By leveraging internal talent alongside external recruitment efforts, you will contribute to the development of a robust executive talent pool and succession planning.


      To excel in this role, you must provide a best-in-class candidate experience. By delivering a high-touch approach throughout the hiring process, you will ensure that candidates and hiring managers are engaged and informed. Additionally, you will actively build a strong external network of executive-level talent in the life sciences industry. This will allow you to create a ready-now pipeline for future openings and reduce reliance on external search firms.


      Staying informed about industry trends, competitive insights, and market opportunities is crucial. Your knowledge and insights will contribute to informed decision-making by hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders. You will align recruitment activities with business goals, balancing speed and attention to detail to achieve the best outcome.


      Your ability to proactively source talent will be key to your success. By utilizing multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and targeted candidate development, you will have a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. Compliance and regulatory requirements will also be a focus, as you ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.


      Collaboration and stakeholder management are essential in this role. You will build and maintain strong relationships with peers, Talent Acquisition leadership, and other HR partners. This collaborative culture will foster knowledge sharing and support a unified approach to supporting the business. Through building and developing relationships with senior leaders, you will ensure the business needs and priorities are addressed in every interaction.


      Qualifications:


      To be successful in this role, you should have:

      • Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the EMEA region

      • The ability to source and attract top-tier executive talent through direct sourcing, networking, and targeted candidate development

      • Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry and its executive talent landscape

      • Exceptional candidate and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences

      • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

      • A solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment

      • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

      • Strong analytical and reporting skills

      • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
