What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula for Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaisons (HEOLs) and Medical Affairs partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and ensure relevant content delivery
- Build and maintain HEOL onboarding programs and ongoing continuing education initiatives
- Create and manage training documentation, curricula, and competency maps
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness metrics to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical training, HEOR/Market Access, FMA, or Medical Excellence roles
- Minimum 2 years of oncology experience in solid tumor and/or hematology
- Strong scientific acumen and familiarity with HEOR/Real World Evidence methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS in HEOR/Public Health/Pharmaco-epidemiology) strongly preferred
- Experience as a Field HEOR or Value Liaison or in a role supporting Field HEOR teams
- 8+ years of relevant experience in industry settings, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver professional training programs
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time for congresses and training execution
