What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own inbound opportunities from drone OEMs and convert them to revenue
- Manage and grow mid-level accounts throughout their lifecycle
- Qualify opportunities and progress deals from interest to purchase order
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and demonstrations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up quoting activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone/UAS industry
- Experience selling directly to drone OEMs (no channel sales)
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously
- Strong organization, follow-up, and customer communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RF or wireless technology is a plus
