      One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition in the United States.

      In this role, you will lead recruitment for a high-impact diagnostics division, playing a key role in building and scaling commercial and clinical teams within a rapidly growing organization. You'll be responsible for designing and executing strategic hiring plans, managing a small but agile recruiting team, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent. This role is ideal for a dynamic recruiting leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and brings strong experience in medical diagnostics recruitment. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of People Operations, you will shape the candidate experience and ensure hiring standards are consistently met. This is a fully remote position.

      Accountabilities:
      • Build and lead a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals
      • Oversee full-cycle recruiting across commercial and clinical functions in the prenatal division
      • Manage and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
      • Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs and strategic workforce plans
      • Promote a strong employer brand and uphold an exceptional candidate experience
      • Develop and monitor key hiring metrics and analytics to optimize processes
      • Ensure recruitment practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
      • Manage recruiting budgets, tools, and vendor partnerships


      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
      • Prior experience in a fast-growing diagnostics or life sciences company is essential
      • Proven success hiring for commercial teams in a regulated healthcare or diagnostics environment
      • Skilled in strategic workforce planning and high-volume recruiting execution
      • Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, and TalentWall
      • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
      • Self-starter comfortable with remote work and fast-paced, goal-driven environments
