What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements involving multiple project teams
- Oversee project delivery, managing scope, tasks, and change requests
- Maintain communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations
- Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and resource utilization
- Capture and communicate experiences to improve consulting practices and customer success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience as a project manager, delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM or AEP
- Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior client executives
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex service launches
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 40-60%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront
- Experience in client-facing project management within an agency or professional services environment
