What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, script, and build engaging learning artifacts for external testing staff and internal support teams
- Create visual elements like graphics, exercises, videos, and assessments to enhance learning experiences
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate to develop training content
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials
- Explore and pilot new technologies to improve workflow efficiency and learner engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital learning program design and creation
- Expertise in authoring and publishing systems, including Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Proven ability to develop complex learning materials and multimedia solutions
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing digital learning to K-12 educators
- Familiarity with instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning
- Experience with Vyond for multimedia content creation
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence others in a collaborative environment
