What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Scheduling Director in aligning scheduling initiatives with university goals and client requirements
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives to promote Events & Venues space to external clients
- Identify new opportunities to meet business objectives and collaborate with the team on priorities
- Review client requests, prepare contracts for non-university event hosts, and ensure policy compliance
- Maintain and update the division's website and client database to ensure accurate communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex requests and deliver quality service
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and updating website content

- Experience in venue management or event coordination
- Familiarity with marketing strategies for promoting venue space
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
