      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed business objectives while adhering to compliance standards
      - Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders within accounts, serving as the primary contact for the employer
      - Manage a team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists and support their performance while also handling personal accounts
      - Develop and execute robust account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Educate account stakeholders on the clinical profile and value proposition of ZYNLONTA

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry
      - Experience in oncology/hematology preferred
      - Proven account management experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with buy-and-bill products
      - People management experience, though not required
      - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to navigate a changing and complex environment
      - Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
