UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech DevOps Engineer in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech DevOps Engineer to:

• Install and utilize DevOps CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins, TeamCity, and Nexus, to engineer processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure secure coding practices, conducting code reviews, and integrating automated testing tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab to streamline the software delivery process. Perform and coordinate infrastructure release upgrades and CI tools when required.
• Evaluate, plan and develop source code, build and migrations from one system to another.
• Accelerate the cloud adoption journey and migrate on prem servers to Azure.
• Implement development best practices and effectively utilize technologies across DevOps environment. Analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to remedy them.
• Guarantee a secure infrastructure environment and production stability and performance. Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Can work remotely.

Education & Experience Requirement

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• GitHub or GitLab
• Jenkins, TeamCity or equivalent
• configuring project build automation, Maven, continuous integration build chain, expanding the adoption and integration of CI build chain
• improving the degree of automation for repetitive tasks and reporting
• evaluating and proposing new tools and plugins
