      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support energy and water resilience efforts by translating processes into implementable frameworks and projects
      - Research alternative energy procurement opportunities and emerging technologies
      - Compile and analyze data on electricity and water usage to achieve enterprise-wide goals
      - Develop policies and strategies to improve installation energy resilience
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, public policy, management, or related discipline with 3-10 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred
      - Proven experience in federal installation, environmental, and energy issues
      - Knowledge of the missions and structures of Congress, the Department of the Air Force, and other DoD organizations
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise between organizations
      - Must possess and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Defense appropriations and authorization committees or government consulting
      - Knowledge of Air Force task management procedures and systems
      - Excellent data gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
