Contribute to annual planning, monitor staffing levels, schedules, care delivery, and inventory to ensure Assisted Living, Memory Care, Nursing, and Administrative departments meet cost and quality goals.
Ensure assessments and service plans are clear, updated regularly, and reflect medical evaluations, resident needs, and personal interests.
Facilitate collaboration among clinical care, nutrition, and life enrichment teams to ensure seamless care and accurate documentation.
Oversee timely and effective Service Plan meetings, address care concerns, and maintain strong customer relations.
Ensure complaints are managed swiftly and appropriately.
Oversee Health Maintenance Meetings and follow-up actions.
Report on performance, track progress, and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Represent Kensington Senior Living in the community and foster positive relationships with referral sources and service providers.
Oversee staff onboarding, performance, and development, with a focus on high performance and low turnover.
Set departmental priorities, make job assignments, and keep staff informed of changes.
Ensure concierge staff maintains professionalism, follows protocols, and is prepared for emergency situations.
Stay updated on healthcare industry changes through workshops and seminars, sharing new knowledge with the team.
Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in high acuity assisted living, with direct care experience required.
RCFE License required.
Strong communication skills with all ages; maintain an energetic and positive attitude.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, as well as effectively presenting information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification required.
Must be in good physical and mental health, with health screenings to verify.
Freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis through health screening.
Must pass a California criminal background check.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in calculating figures related to budgets, staffing, and medication dosages.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Property Management Systems.

Salary : $135,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Experience : 5 years of experience in an Executive leadership role in a senior living environment (Required)
License / Certification : RCFE License (Required)
Work Location: In Person at Kensington Place Redwood City
Job Status / Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, including Weekends, Holidays, Evenings, & On-Call
