Job Description

- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with external customers
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience working within Corporate Investment Banking or Financial Services
- Demonstrated experience with heavy calendaring and scheduling
- Experience supporting senior leadership and multiple managers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with C-suite external clients, Wells Fargo senior leadership, and other executive team members
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with booking of domestic and international travel
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Concur experience
- Ability to manage and process reports; maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Exceptional customer service standards and ability to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results-orientation, and professionalism
- Ability to coordinate with team as needed to ensure appropriate support and coverage for the group
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours; willingness to stay late and/or arrive early
