Job Description

- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with external customers
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of experience coordinating meetings and managing calendars and appointments for multiple leaders simultaneously
- 1+ year of experience supporting senior level leaders and/or executives
- 1+ year of Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint) skills
- 1+ year of experience handling confidential material
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling confidential material in a professional manner
- Administrative support experience in banking, financial services and/or technology
- Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual team environment interfacing electronically and by phone
- Proficiency in articulating, communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines
- Experience in creating and editing executive-ready power point presentations in support of multiple leaders
- Experience with Workday and Concur
- Experience managing SharePoint and Team sites
- This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week on-site)

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to join our Technology for the Chief Operating Office (TCOO) Team . This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to two TCOO leaders as well as help out other TCOO leaders as needed.
