What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using the University’s current course materials
- Provide each student the opportunity to grow, develop, and achieve academic success by maintaining an engaged classroom presence
- Perform a variety of additional duties, such as coaching, tutoring, and identifying appropriate additional resources
- Attend various faculty meetings and University events as required
- Instruct and perform other job-related required duties in an online environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field OR Master's degree with 18 graduate semester credits in relevant areas
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable professional experience for Doctorate degree holders and 5 years for Master's degree holders
- Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
- Scholarship engagement within the last five years
- Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory

- High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft suite programs
