      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the global HR business partner for the Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals Go-To-Market segment
      - Provide strategic partnership and guidance to senior leaders on organizational change and critical people issues
      - Analyze data and trends to identify people and culture needs, partnering with HR teams to deliver talent solutions
      - Drive diversity and inclusion agenda across HR levers to create a world-class culture of talent
      - Facilitate execution of cyclical HR processes, ensuring clear communication and a positive stakeholder experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting a Sales and Go-To-Market organization
      - Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience
      - Progressive experience in HR business partnering or HR service delivery, ideally at a management level
      - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in AI, HRIS systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and build credible relationships
