- Build and maintain successful relationships and partnerships within the organization
- Maintain day-to-day tactical support for HRBP to include entering pay-changes, processing terminations and acting as front-line response for team member inquiries, directing to appropriate area within HR as needed
- Support HRBP in executing HR centers of excellence (COE) program delivery to the organization, to include well-being, merit and bonus, talent review/succession planning, and policy revisions
- Review and analyze HR analytics and metrics to effectively inform HRBP of areas of concern, in order to mitigate risk and improve culture
- Review, track and take action on data associated with key COEs to include performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and merit/bonus planning and compliance completion
- Support organization leaders in the creation of job descriptions
- Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation
- Model behaviors that support organization’s common purpose
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in a large organization preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate skills preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and complete tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
