What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to HR Business Partners with data analysis, report writing, and problem resolution
- Collaborate with HR specialty functions to deliver comprehensive HR services
- Assist in project management and HR initiative roll-out as directed by senior HR leadership
- Support managers and employees with policy interpretation and HR procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage the business unit HR shared drive

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in a shared service environment or supporting HR functions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong team player with a consultative approach
