Job Description
The HR Leader Support Center provides streamlined support and resources tailored to the unique needs of People Leaders. Responsible for conducting the initial intake of leader inquiries that come in through centralized channels e.g. email, phone and partnering with the Leader Support Center Partner for timely and effective resolution.
Job Responsibility
"1.Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for people leaders in navigating HR processes, policies, and systems. 2.Monitors the Leader Support Center various intake points including centralized email, phone, myExperience, SR ticket, etc. 3.Logs and triages all inquiries ensuring appropriate assignment to a Leader Support Center Partner. 4.Monitors inquiry volume and provides float support to Leader Support Center Partners as needed. 5.Support people leaders in utilizing HR tools, resources, and self-service options effectively to meet their HR needs. 6.Participate in Leader Support Center initiatives or special projects, as needed. 7.With general guidance, responsible for working on assignments of limited to moderate complexity. 8.Decisions may be guided by precedent, previous experience, and known professional guidelines and compliance requirements. Often required to interpret policies, standards, requirements, and approaches to meet work objectives. 9.Performs related duties as required.
