What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support HR Business Partner roles across various lines of business
- Assist with Talent Management including recruiting and talent development initiatives
- Contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects and analysis
- Engage in additional projects that span different HR functions
- Receive formal and informal feedback from assigned supervisors and mentors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or educational institution
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- Expected graduation date: Fall 2024 through Spring/Fall 2025
- Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

- Demonstrated ownership of actions and accountability in previous roles
- Ability to actively contribute to team engagement and retention efforts
