      Description of the Position: The Associate will play a key role in identifying top talent to drive our organization’s success. Primarily the Associate will deliver the full cycle recruitment process to ensure the right talent is being hired. The Associate will build strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and support the HR Business Partners with other key HR projects and initiatives.

      You will:

      • Lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates to hiring and onboarding new hires for junior to middle level roles.
      • Execute the recruitment and selection activities for a variety of HR recruitment programs including the Volunteer Engagement Program as well as our Coop and Internship Program.
      • Provide an exceptional candidate-experience by acting as the initial contact, addressing all inquiries, and establishing professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
      • Build and utilize the various recruitment mediums (job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract qualified candidates for open positions and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates for future consideration.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with the various business unit leaders to actively identify current and prospective staffing requirements as well as employees and other external stakeholders.
      • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
      • Develop and refine job posting and job profiles to accurately reflect the requirements of positions.
      • Maintain up-to-date HR records within the HRIS database.
      • Stay updated with relevant information employment legation and trends to ensure that the recruitment process and postings comply with all legal requirements and company policies.
      • Keep apprised of best practices to ensure meaningful and high-quality and employee engagement as well identify opportunities to improve services and productivity.
        Work closely in partnership with the HR Business Partners and participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
