What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project plans that identify key issues, performance metrics, and resource requirements
- Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Design Engineers
- Manage all aspects of projects from planning, design, implementation, testing, to deployment and customer adoption
- Establish and maintain communication channels between business, IT, and other stakeholders
- Track project budgets and resources, preparing cost estimates and monitoring expenditures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in Project Management methodologies and tool sets, including waterfall, agile, and scrum
- Familiarity with process improvement principles such as Lean Six Sigma
- Strong problem resolution and conflict management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience specifically within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of business process management and metrics reporting
- Experience in issue escalation and communication strategies
- Familiarity with customer adoption strategies in project management
