      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
      - Develop project plans that outline key issues, performance metrics, and required resources
      - Maintain communication channels between business units, IT, and other stakeholders
      - Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects
      - Manage all aspects of project lifecycle from planning to deployment and operations turnover

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of Project Management experience
      - Exceptional organizational and communication skills
      - Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
      - Foundational understanding of project management principles
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - Experience with Workday
      - Project Management experience specifically in a healthcare environment
      - Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and toolsets (e.g., waterfall, agile, scrum)
      - Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma principles
