      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary on-site support for employees, ensuring a smooth office environment
      - Manage user accounts and permissions for secure access to necessary systems
      - Provide hands-on support for Mac and Windows devices, resolving hardware and software issues
      - Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing the Day 1 experience for new hires
      - Document IT processes and contribute to ongoing improvements within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Okta administration or a strong interest in learning Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
      - Experience or interest in admin tools such as Zoom, Slack, Gmail, or Atlassian
      - Technical background with hands-on experience in troubleshooting printers, Wi-Fi, and basic A/V equipment
      - Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and empathy in interactions
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in Slack Admin, Okta Admin, or Google Workspace Admin
      - Experience with JAMF and Intune
      - Apple certifications such as ACMT or ACiT
