What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve Sales and Gross Profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
- Lead sales activities within the territory, focusing on account engagement and product promotion
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with dental laboratory customers for prospecting, account management, and business reviews
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement
- Collaborate with Tele-sales and Hi-Tech team members to maximize sales opportunities within accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience; some sales experience preferred
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and negotiate with decision makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems
- Previous dental or lab sales experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Industry certifications related to dental products
- Demonstrated ability to engage in proactive customer prospecting
