      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships
      - Review and approve affiliate applications and manage monthly affiliate budgets
      - Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities and respond to publisher inquiries
      - Execute affiliate promotional campaigns and communicate new offers to publishers
      - Analyze reports and provide insights on affiliate activities for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 1-2 years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate, or agency marketing experience
      - Basic understanding of online marketing channels such as Affiliate, Search, and Social Media
      - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with attention to detail
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Commission Junction or Impact
      - Familiarity with HTML and experience with analytics software like Google Analytics
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
      - Quick learner with a positive attitude and creative thinking
