      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, coach, and develop a team of up to ten Client Success Managers to achieve departmental KPIs
      - Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to foster communication and accountability
      - Implement quality assurance initiatives and process improvements to enhance team performance
      - Serve as an escalation point for complex client concerns, ensuring timely resolutions
      - Collaborate with other department leaders to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 3-4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
      - Proven success in managing performance-driven teams and achieving client retention goals
      - Proficiency with CRM and client success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
      - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or restaurant industries
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Competent in facilitating meetings and managing performance metrics
      - Ability to lead a large and growing team while maintaining high morale
