What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, edit, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements with minimal supervision
- Provide strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with sales, finance, and operations teams
- Monitor and track status of contract-related matters and provide proactive updates
- Identify and propose improvements to systems or processes for increased efficiency and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Solutions, AI, and/or cybersecurity
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage business and legal risks
- Excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues for legal review

- Familiarity with contract management systems and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
