      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute category-level product development strategies aligned with production goals and seasonal demands
      - Create and manage seasonal strategies to optimize financial outcomes and flexibility
      - Drive communication between brand teams and Asia-based product teams for alignment and responsiveness
      - Maintain accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
      - Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks related to cost and quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in product development within the retail or apparel industry
      - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
      - Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
      - Ability to adapt and respond to changing market conditions and priorities
      - Subject-matter expertise in product and vendor capabilities
