- Annual equity award of $10,000
- Commission target of $65,000 - $70,000

- Support the coaching and development of Regional Sales Managers to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and account management capabilities.
- Reinforce performance expectations and assist in monitoring progress toward revenue and activity goals.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and mentoring of new or developing team members.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide day-to-day guidance and feedback to support performance improvement.
- Assist in the execution of established sales strategies, account plans, and sales campaigns.
- Support pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecast accuracy within assigned accounts or segments.
- Review sales activities and results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent use of the company's sales process, tools, and CRM system.
- Maintain relationships with assigned customers and support Regional Sales Managers in managing key accounts.
- Assist with customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.
- Support negotiation and closing activities for routine to moderately complex deals.
- Escalate customer issues appropriately and assist in coordinating resolutions.
- Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned and supported.
- Share customer feedback and market observations with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Support the execution of promotions, product launches, and customer initiatives.
- Assist with tracking sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast inputs.
- Prepare reports and summaries for review by the Sales Account Management Manager.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management. Preference given to sales experience in highly technical fields such as medical device.
- 1-2 years of experience mentoring, training, or in project management.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, account management, and pipeline management.
- Developing people leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence without full managerial authority.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and activity metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Sitting: Often for extended periods at desks or meetings.
- Standing or walking: Occasionally for meetings or office tasks.
- Using computers: Typing and using office equipment.
- Lifting: Light, less than 10 pounds.
- Repetitive motions: Frequent use of keyboard and mouse.
- Workspace: Climate control (air conditioning or heating) to ensure comfort.
- Lighting: Adjustable lighting to reduce eye strain.
- Noise Levels: The noise level is moderate, with occasional interruptions from phone calls and conversations

Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000

This position supports Mesa's Calibration Solutions business. Our Calibration Solutions portfolio uses the principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications such as Environmental and Process Monitoring, Dialysis, Gas Flow, Air Quality, and Torque Testing.
Job Summary:
The Associate Manager, Sales Account Management supports the execution of sales strategies and day-to-day sales operations for a team of Regional Sales Managers in the Instruments division of Mesa Labs. This role focuses on coaching and development of individual contributors, supporting account execution, and ensuring consistent application of sales processes and tools. Working under the guidance of a Manager, Sales Account Management, the Associate Manager helps drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within assigned accounts or territories.
