What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of global Sales Incentive Plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Payroll, and Finance
- Build and maintain models to analyze performance and forecast costs
- Oversee plan documentation, communication, and change management processes
- Mentor and develop a Senior Commission Analyst to enhance team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including nested formulas and pivot tables
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales compensation design or management
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue business models
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring teams
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering executive-ready analyses
