      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of clinical development programs in support of product development plans
      - Oversee project-related education for investigators and study personnel
      - Monitor overall study integrity and communicate safety and efficacy data
      - Develop and maintain relationships with academic investigators and patient advocacy groups
      - Author clinical sections for regulatory filings and participate in due diligence activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or non-US equivalent of MD
      - Completion of a residency program strongly preferred
      - 0 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development required
      - Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a subspecialty fellowship is desirable
      - Experience in blood cancers or solid tumors is desirable
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
