What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute daily on-site activities for multiple projects, serving as the primary contact for renovation activities
- Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure compliance with safety precautions and supervise contractor work
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss project progress and challenges
- Prepare and update weekly project status reports and construction progress schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field highly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, with knowledge of real estate construction being a plus
- Ability to travel frequently between multiple project sites
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in managing construction projects within the senior housing sector
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to build relationships with contractors and stakeholders
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
