What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage multiple simultaneous projects with one or more clients
- Facilitate project meetings, validate project scope, and monitor project budgets
- Collaborate with project teams to draft, review, and process Change Orders (COs)
- Document, track, and communicate project issues, assisting in their resolution
- Establish trust and build relationships with the project team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 0-3+ years of experience in Project Management or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and project lifecycle
- Working knowledge of formal project management methodologies, including iterative approaches
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.)
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Salesforce or Workday
- CAPM certification or interest in pursuing PMP and/or Agile Certification(s)
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and advanced analytics
- Proven active listening and consensus-building skills
