  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  - Analyze project survey data and existing site conditions, including legal descriptions and easement documents
  - Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring efficient execution of project-based tasks
  - Prepare a variety of reports, opinions, and recommendations related to environmental projects
  - Serve as the go-to expert for all environmental-related inquiries
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in environmental studies
  - Minimum of six (6) years of related experience in the field
  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and legal documents
  - Proven leadership abilities to mentor junior staff effectively
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  - Experience in managing diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities
  - Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards
