What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage client relationships and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring accurate documentation
- Participate in client and industry events to foster business development
- Conduct regular project status reporting and financial reconciliations
- Mentor team members and support their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in telecommunications, security, audiovisual, or network design for construction projects
- Minimum of five years of experience with project management software
- Minimum of five years in a consulting role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, G Suite, and Asana
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Additional industry certifications (RCDD, CPP, CDT, CTS-D, PSP, etc.) are a plus
- Experience with Bluebeam Studio
- Familiarity with the AEC industry and technology systems design
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
