What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including organizing project meetings and managing agendas
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines and outcomes
- Maintain project documentation and utilize project management software for updates and tracking
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination roles
- Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Miro) and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of change management principles and ability to lead teams through project changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar
- Experience working on project teams, assisting with planning and execution of projects
- Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and propose improvements to project processes
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate project needs and propose solutions
