What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
- Partner with sales teams to define technical solutions and delivery requirements
- Create individualized project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource coordination
- Deliver training sessions for customer teams and complete documentation confirming readiness
- Monitor implementation progress, proactively mitigating risks to maintain project timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of implementation project management experience
- Ability to reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah
- Valid driver's license may be required for customer site visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications
- Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g., cellular, Bluetooth, wireless, Computer Aided Dispatch)
