What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates primarily via telephone and develop new candidates through cold calling

- Prequalify candidates for open positions by assessing their qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in using recruitment databases and tools

- Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and strategies
- Strong networking abilities within the healthcare industry

- Previous experience in a customer service role
