      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source candidates primarily via telephone and cold calling to fill open positions
      - Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
      - Prequalify candidates for open positions based on requirements
      - Provide candidates with information about position requirements, market, and location
      - Submit qualified candidates to recruiters and follow up on their status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment preferred
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to maintain candidate profiles and manage communication effectively
      - Knowledge of healthcare staffing and recruitment processes is a plus

      - Experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies
      - Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices
      - Proficient in using recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
