What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates primarily via telephone for existing candidates and new candidate development through cold calling
- Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
- Prequalify candidates for open positions based on position requirements
- Provide candidates with information regarding position requirements, market conditions, and candidate availability
- Submit qualified candidates to recruiters and follow up on pending candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Strong communication skills for effective candidate interaction
- Ability to maintain candidate profiles and update information accurately
- Proficiency in using databases and recruitment software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and market trends
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles
