What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in procuring and managing tenant access for SaaS applications
- Gather and document API endpoints, audit log access, and associated posture configurations
- Collect and maintain clear documentation on security settings, permission models, and remediation recommendations
- Validate findings in sandbox or development environments under guidance
- Contribute to research summaries and process documentation for internal enablement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 - 2 years in SaaS operations, security, or API research roles
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Understanding of basic security principles and SaaS platform security settings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to document technical information clearly and ask pertinent questions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with security-configurable SaaS platforms
- Basic Python, Postman, or scripting experience
- Familiarity with using JIRA or a similar task tracking system
- Introductory knowledge of audit logs, REST APIs, or SaaS Security
