      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities and support growth in the Sedation Management business
      - Conduct in-service activities and assist with the installation of equipment/hardware
      - Drive product expansion within the assigned territory and collaborate with the sales team
      - Focus on customer satisfaction and increased product utilization
      - Support sales efforts outside the region as needed, including product introductions and inventory management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of sales experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills
      - Willingness to travel for extended periods to support sales conversions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of previous field sales experience, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
      - Knowledge of sales techniques and company products/services
      - Demonstrable success in previous sales roles with high performance levels
      - Understanding of supply chain management in healthcare settings
      - Effective persuasion skills and a driven, hardworking attitude
