What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities and lead in-service initiatives
- Conduct equipment installations and perform functional/safety tests for customers
- Drive the expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the assigned territory
- Focus on customer satisfaction and increase product utilization
- Support sales efforts outside of the region as needed, including product introductions and inventory management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or
- Associate's degree with 2 years of sales experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with no prior experience required
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of previous field sales experience, preferably in medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of sales techniques and company products
- Demonstrable success in previous sales roles with a strong customer focus
- Understanding of vendor and hospital supply chain management
- Willingness to travel extensively to support sales conversions
